"Literary-artistic sources of Azerbaijani multiculturalism" book published

"Literary-artistic sources of Azerbaijani multiculturalism" book was published. It is the first book from the “Sources of the Azerbaijani Multiculturalism” series.

Beit, gazelles reflecting the values of multiculturalism and tolerance was collected in a single context reflected in the works of Azerbaijani masters, who lived and created in different periods (up to 1920).

In the book on the basis of the facts found their reflection description and the chanting of the homage to particular religions, languages, peoples and writers.

Noted that, inherent in our people value of multiculturalism and tolerance for centuries lived in the blood of our ancestors. And this is - a vivid confirmation of the words by President Ilham Aliyev: "Multiculturalism - the precious inherent in the historically to the Azerbaijani people."

President Ilham Aliyev declared 2016 the "Year of multiculturalism" in Azerbaijan, it was based on spiritual, scientific, political sources formed and grounded in the historical roots of the Azerbaijani people.

Soon will see the light the next works from the series "Sources of Azerbaijani multiculturalism" ("Scientific-philosophical and journalistic sources of Azerbaijani multiculturalism", "Political and legal resources of Azerbaijani multiculturalism").

These works are good example of the versatility of multicultural sources.

Chief scientific editor of the series is State Advisor, Academician Kamal Abdullayev, originators is corresponding member of ANAS Mohsun Nagisoylu and Professor Farid Alekberli, PhD in Philology Akram Bagirov, Ibrahim Guliyev, reviewers - Academician Teymur Karimli, PhD in History Nariman Gasimzadeh, responsible person for publishing - Rashad Ilyasov. The author of the introductory speech is Kamal Abdullayev.
