Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

It is known that, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed decree “On the establishing of Presidential Award for the Youth” dated July 2, 2013. With the purpose to execute the decree, by the decision of ANAS President, heads of the scientific ventures of ANAS were charged to submit nominations of the young scientists, distinguished for their high achievements in science. A group of young scientists from ANAS were differed for their skills and abilities in selection round.

Thus, in a meeting of the Presidium of ANAS on February 10, junior researcher of the Institute of Geography Latifa Ismayilova, junior researcher of the Institute of Zoology Shafa Khasayeva, PhD student of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies Samra Mirzeyeva, junior researcher of the Institute of Literature Mehman Hasanov, PhD student of the Institute of Oriental Studies Seadat Ibrahimova and junior researcher of the Institute of Genetic Resources Vafa Rustamova were awarded the Certificate of Merit by ANAS.
