Today, ANAS Scientists’ House of ANAS with the joint organizational support of and Knowledge Fund under President of the Republic of Azerbaijan hosted a recital of the world-famous writer of detective stories, secretary of Azerbaijan Writers Union, People's Writer Chingiz Abdullayev.

The event was opened by the Vice President of ANAS, Academician Isa Habibbayli, who stressing the importance of the first meeting wich was held at the Scientists’s House, and noted that, the main goal is to learn more about the world-famous writer Chingiz Abdullayev.

Scientist noted that, Chingiz Abdullayev is one of the most widely read detective authors and spoke about writer’s rich literary creativity.

Noted that, created by him "Drongo" image loved by millions of readers, predecessor of the detective heroes of this image contains a lot of positive qualities: "Well-known writer's works, not only in Azerbaijan, as well as in hundreds of countries are read with great love."

Comparing the prominent representative of the detective genre Chingiz Abdullaev with famous writers of world literature, the Vice President of ANAS said that, his work in the genre of political detective interpreted as a model around the world. Then, People's writer Chingiz Abdullayev told on the main directions of his activity.

For the sake of our young people's cultural development he challenged to read more artistic books.

Told about an irreplaceable role of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan in the history of domestic literature, Chinghiz Abdullaev has noted that, he takes pride from the fact that, being a member of this structure is in number of many prominent Azerbaijani writers.

Chingiz Abdullayev also touched upon the issue concerning the language of literary works.

He has noted that an important point for any writer is to be accepted on a global scale and reader's audience in independence of language in which his works are created.

Then, the writer expressed his attitude to the events are taking place on the front lines in recent years, noted the importance of carrying out powerful propaganda activities for the purpose of the positive solution of this problem.

He stressed that, Azerbaijan Writers have an important responsibility to bring the truth to the world community.

People's writer Chingiz Abdullayev expressed his gratitude to the leadership of ANAS for the organization of such effective meetings.

In conclusion, the writer responded numerous questions of the participants.
