Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On International Museum Day, the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) Elmira Suleymanova visited ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan History on May 18.

At the meeting, E.Suleymanova congratulated director of the Museum, Academician Naila Velikhanli on the professional holiday and wished success to the staff of this structure.

E.Suleymanova has donated gifts of historical value to the National Museum of Azerbaijan History, consisting of the woolen tirme-shawl, relating to the XX century and a medal with the words "Ombudsman of Azerbaijan".

Naila Velikhanli noted that, these materials will be kept in the foundation of the museum as valuable exhibits.

Then, E.Suleymanova familiarized with exhibition hall of the Museum, reflecting our history from ancient times to the present, as well as the Memorial Museum of Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev.
