Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On December 19, Professor of France Sorbonne University Ahmad Ibrahim Darvish Muhammad and famous Egyptian calligrapher, Chief Specialist of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt Ashraf Ahmed Ubeyidi visited the Institute of Manuscripts after Muhammad Fuzuli of ANAS. Guests are accompanied by the head of the Egyptian Center for Culture and Education in Baku Ahmad Sami Elaidi.

At a meeting held at the Institute with experts in the field of Arabic language and literature focused on the history of friendly relations between the two countries, he stressed the need to study the works of Azerbaijani authors, who worked in the Arabic language.

Ahmad Ibrahim Darvish Muhammad spoke about the role of the Arabic language and alphabet in the world. The scientist expressed his desire for the use of protected in the Institute of Arabic manuscripts during his stay in Azerbaijan.

Participants familiarized with calligraphy examples by Ashraf Ahmed Ubeyidi, demonstrated in the exhibition hall of the institute.
