The presentation of books published on the Latin chart was held at the Central Library

In the Central Scientific Library of the ANAS, the presentation of books published in accordance with the Order of the President Ilham Aliyev dated January 12, 2004 and the books stored in the library on the Latin chart was held.

At the event, the director of the CSL, the Ph.D. in medicine Leila Imanova reported that many books published by the President's Orders were included in the National Digital Memory (NCP). The scientist noted that work is underway to include in the PDF database versions of documents that will be published later on with the condition of copyright protection.

Speaking about the Wikipedia group of the CNB, L.Imanova noted that the group in Wikipedia posted the names of the martyrs who died in the Karabakh war, the April battles and the events of January 20, as well as information about them.

Then the head of the Department for the Protection of Funds of the Library, Khuraman Ismayilova, made a statement that the publication of books on the Latin chart is very important from the point of view of bringing to the future generations of Azerbaijan literature, science and culture.

H. Ismayilova said that by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 12, 2004 more than 9 million books were published and delivered to libraries.

Agyun Safarova, the head of the Library Services Department of the CNB, the editor-in-chief of the Republican Book of Memory, the founder of the “Yada düşdü” journal Nazaket Mammadova, the editor of the “Söz” journal Sevda Alibeyli and others told about the meaning of the Order.

In conclusion, slides about books published on the basis of the Order of the President of Azerbaijan were demonstrated.
