With the organizational support of the Azerbaijan British College, the event "I’m happy that I'm a turk" was held.
The purpose of the event is to introduce young people and foreign guests to the history, culture, national cuisine of the Turkic-speaking countries.
The ceremony was attended by Emin Dadashov, the head of the Department for External Relations and Mass Scientific Work of the National Museum of Azerbaijan History, Nardana Yusifova, the leading scientific officer of the department, junior researcher Nushaba Asadova and the museum manager Kubra Dadashova.
At the event, musical performances of students of the college were heard and manual work of schoolchildren was presented.
The exhibition also demonstrated samples of ceramics made by the restorer of the Restoration Laboratory of the Museum Tahsib Zavarli, and decorations with Turkic ornaments by the designer-restorer of the laboratory Vugar Khudaverdiyev. In addition, catalogs and albums in English, reflecting the mass scientific activity of the museum, attracted the interest of the exhibitors.
In conclusion, the National Museum of Azerbaijan History was awarded the Certificate of Gratitude.
