The monograph "Metasomatism and ore genesis of the endogenous deposits of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" was published by the head and chief researcher of the Sector of metasomatism and ore formation of ANAS Institute of Geophysics and Geology, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences Djabrail Azadaliyev and the late Fuad Kerimov.

Book written in Russian, the regional and contact-thermal metamorphism issues have been researched and systematized for many years, causing great interest from a scientific point of view. The new edition also highlights the priority issues that reflect the characteristic features of metasomatites and endogenous polymetals, copper-molybdenum-porphyry, gold, gold-bearing deposits, copper-molybdenum-tungsten-tin and other rudiments. Proposals have been put forward concerning such precious metals as gold, silver and other valuable minerals.

The monograph is a useful source for scientists conducting research in the field of metasomatism and ore formation, genetic mineralogy, geochemistry and genesis of endogenous ore deposits, as well as undergraduates, doctoral students and dissertators.

The editor-in-chief of the monograph, published by the publishing house "Elm" is Academician Vasif Babazade.
