Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

A monograph "Genofond and biological properties of the pear at Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" by Senior Researcher of ANAS Institute of Bioresources of the Nakhchivan Department, PhD in Agrarian Sciences, Associate Professor Logman Bayramov and Head of the Fruit Growing, Vegetable and Viticulture Laboratory, Doctor of Economy, Associate Professor Varis Guliyev was published.

The publication reflected the economic, biological and pomologic properties of pear forms and varieties existing at the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan, ways of reproduction, preparation of soil for sowing, measures to combat pests and diseases, chemical composition, economic efficiency and other issues.

The monograph is intended for scientists and specialists conducting research in the field of fruit growing in Azerbaijan, teachers and students of higher and secondary special educational institutions, undergraduates, and farmers.
