Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Professor of Turkey Ege University Ali Yavuz Akpinar and Professor Ibrahim Yildirim visited ANAS Huseyn Javid’s House-Museum.

At the meeting, museum’s director Dr. Philology Gulbeniz Babakhanli spoke of great poet and dramatist Huseyn Javid’s rich life and creativity, stressed out the importance of his works (“Ana”, “Sheik Sanan”, “Iblis”, “Peygambar”, “Seyavush”, “Khayyam” etc).

It was noted that, Javid was a great ideologist who raised Turkism idea to the peak in Azerbaijan in the XX century.

Prof. Ibrahim Yildirim and Professor Ali Yavuz Akpinar brought to mind that, they are willing to submit to the museum unknown materials about Istanbul life of Huseyn Javid, and reference written for first poem of Huseyn Javid , published in Istanbul.
