Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan History held the event on "Let's study the domestic military history" devoted to the June 26 - Day of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.

At the event, which was held by support of the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the museum Director, Academician Nailya Velikhanli, spoke about the significance of the topic. It was noted that, the purpose of the event is to inform the general public about books on the military history of Azerbaijan and scientists and specialists conducting research in the field of military history.

Then, PhD on history Sabuhi Akhmedov delivered a report on "Azerbaijani military units as part of the service of protection of the Russian Empire".

At the event, were held discussions.
