Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, President of National Committee of Geologists , Honored Scienctific Worker, laureate of State Prize, academician Akif Alizadeh elected a foreign member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences for his services in development of geology science based on the decision of Presidium of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

Vice - presidents of ANAS academicians Ibrahim Guliyev and Akif Hajiyev also were elected a foreign member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Scientists were awarded the honorary diploma and a badge.
