Senior scientific worker of Laboratory of chemistry and technology of mineral raw materials of the Institute of Natural Resources of the Nakhchivan Branch , PhD in Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Ahmed Garayev’s "Development of scientific and practical bases of complex processing of silver lead-zinc ore" monograph and head of the Sorbian Process Laboratory of ANAS, PhD in Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Gunel Mammadova’s "The Seolites of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, their current use and perspectives" book was presented.

The event took place at Department's Electronic Library. Aliaddin Abbasov, director of the institute, correspondent member of ANAS, made a report on theme "Precious work about the seolites of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic". He noted that the new edition, authored by G.Mammadova, reflects usage of modern methods of analysis of natural mineral of the Autonomous Republic - thermal resistance of seolite, dehydration properties, ion exchange properties, and etc.

Later Doctor of Chemistry Bayram Rzayev made a report on theme "Precious work about silver lead-zinc ore". A.Garayev's monograph was dedicated to the acquisition of lead sulphide concentrate by collective and selective flotation method.

Head of Chemistry of Mineral Raw and Technology Laboratory, PhD in Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Korkmaz Huseynov and Ahmed Garayev spoke about the benefits of new publications for academic staff and high school students.

In conclusion, the authors expressed their gratitude to the event participants.
