Next meeting of Scientific Council of the Institute of Physiology was held. The issue of selecting director was discussed.

Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Council , Deputy Director of the Institute , PhD in biology Afig Gazıyev made acquaintance board of Scientific Council with presentation of members of the directors of the institutions and organizations and selection rules .

Dr in biology Ulduza Gashimova’s candidacy for director position was put forward. Corresponding members of the Institute Rafig Gasimov , Telman Agayev , Professor Ali Allakhverdiyev , head of the Laboratory of Functional Cytochemistry , Dr in Biology Fahraddin Askarov supported Ulduza Gashimova’s candidacy.

Then A.Gazıyev gave a brief overview about Ulduza Gashimova’s scientific -organizational activity.

Ulduza Gashimova’s candidacy for director of Department of Biological and Medical Sciences was adopted and approved by the members of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Physiology.
