Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On November 6, at 11:00, became clear the results of the photo contest "Let's discover the universe", announced by ANAS's Shamakhi Astrophysics Observatory named after N. Tusi and supported by the Azerbaijani Photographers Union at Central Scientific Library.

According to the terms of the contest, 25 best works have been shown at the photo-exhibition.

Along with Azerbaijan, more than 100 photographs by professional photographers and fans from Russia, Turkey, Iran and Kazakhstan were evaluated by the jury. According to the final decision, Ali Ihsan Ozturk won the first place, the second place was taken by Alexander Agababaev and Etibar Jafarov.

In addition, 25 of the best evaluations have been demonstrated at the event.

At the end of the event, the winners were rewarded with diplomas. The authors of the photographs were presented certificates.
