ANAS Institute of the History of Science held presentation of the monograph "Social State in Azerbaijan: Development, Prospects" by the employee of the Department of Social Problems of Science and Science of this scientific institution, PhD in Sociology, associate professor Saadat Mammadova.

Opening the event Deputy Director of the Institute for Scientific Work, Ph.D. in Theology Sabina Nematzadeh told about the scientific and theoretical significance of the book for the social state in the modern period. Noting that, in our country scientific and theoretical research works devoted to the social state have a limited issue; she stressed the importance of continuing research in this direction.

Then, Head of the Department of Methodological and Econometric Problems of State Regulation of Economics of the Institute of Economy of ANAS, PhD. in Philosophy Mais Gulaliyev spoke. He brought to the attention that the monograph used the works of philosophers, sociologists and lawyers dedicated to the social state.

Then, leading researcher of the Department of Social Problems of Science and Science, Doctor of Law Zaur Mammadov put forward the urgency of the monograph in his speech. It was noted that, the work is devoted to a very important topic, and the concept of "social" is used to express a certain characteristic and status. A modern social and legal state is a state that serves the society, trying to reduce social differences to a minimum and achieve social stability in society.

In conclusion, the author of the book, Ph.D. in Sociology Saadat Mammadova noted that, the publication is devoted to the study of the theoretical and ideological and constitutional bases for the development of the social state in Azerbaijan, including the level of the contemporary development of individual social institutions. Also, the author, highlighting the practical importance of the monograph, noted that the book is intended for those who are interested in the social state and the bases for the development of the social development of the state in Azerbaijan.

According to S.Mammadova, the book reflects the evolution of ideas about the social state in the history of sociological thought. Here, the directions of the development of the concept of a social state, the base of concepts associated with a social state, are analyzed, and the structure of a social state is characterized as a more refined form of public administration. In the monograph the concept of "social synergetic institutionalization" is defined as a methodological basis for studying and developing the social state.

In conclusion, there were discussions related to the book. Those who spoke highly appreciated the monograph from the scientific and sociological point of view.
