Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Nakhchivan Division of ANAS hosted an event dedicated to the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Chairman of the department, academician Ismayil Hajiyev spoke about policy of the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, world-renowned politician, national leader Heydar Aliyev's historical services for our nation, protection of our statehood. He said that in all the years he led our country, the great leader devoted special attention and care to our history, past history, culture, science, education, and to all areas. He always put forward valuable ideas and tricks, doing great deeds.

Fakhraddin Safarli, director of the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archeology of ANAS and Abulfaz Guliyev, director of the Institute of Arts, Language and Literature, correspondent member of ANASmade reports at the meeting.
