Institute Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry after M.Naghiyev and Division of Chemical Sciences held next general meeting.

First, was honored by a minute of silence the memory of Academician Rafiga Aliyeva and corresponding member of ANAS Nizila Janibekova.

At the meeting, Vice-President of ANAS, academician-secretary of the Academy of Sciences, academician Dilgam Tagiyev brought to the attention of the participants of the event the issues on the agenda.

Then, acting Director of the Institute of Petrochemical Processes, Academician Vagif Abbasov, Deputy Director of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry, corresponding member of ANAS Mahammad Babanli, Director of the Institute of Additive Chemistry, academician Vagif

Farzaliyev, Director of the Institute of Polymer Materials, correspondent member of ANAS Bakhtiyar Mammadov reported on the scientific and scientific-organizational activities of the structures they represent for 2017.

Then, discussions were held on the reports. The reports were positively evaluated by the rector of the Baku State University, academician Abel Maharramov, chairman of the Closed Joint Stock Company "National Center for Nuclear Research", academician Adil Garibov and other speakers.

The event also listening reports of active members and corresponding members of the Department of Chemical Sciences.
