Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS Central Scientific Library presented the first national comics of "IRS-jizgi"-"Koroglu" creative group.

For the creation of a national comics, first was carried out historical research, was carried out work with archival materials, and as a result Koroglu was chosen as a hero. In the next issues of the comics, along with Koroglu, you can see other national heroes of the Azerbaijan history- Babek, Shah Ismail Khatai and also such heroes of the modern period as Mubariz Ibrahimov.

The comics is prepared on the basis of a script intended for any age group. Based on historical facts, the comic book, prepared in the national spirit, helps to broaden the outlook of the readers.

In future, authors of the project is planning to present toys, animations and computer games on the basis of comics.
