The scientific secretary of the Institute of Caucasian Studies of ANAS, PhD in psychology Sudabe Huseynova's book "Formation of legal consciousness in modern time: social and psychological analysis" has been published.

The scientific editor of the publication is Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Rafiga Azimova, the reviewer is Doctor of Law, Professor Miragha Jafarguliev, PhDs on Psychology Yaman Valiyeva and Aydan Samandarova.

The monograph published by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Philosophy is devoted to the theoretical basis of the problem of formation of legal consciousness of personality, features of formation of legal consciousness of personality in modern times in Azerbaijan. The publication analyzes the essence and content of the legal consciousness of personality, the socio-psychological factors affecting its formation, and emphasizes the importance of legal enlightenment. At the same time, the results of the research carried out by the author regarding the study of legal consciousness at different age stages are presented.

The monograph is a valuable asset for higher and secondary education institutions, employees working in correctional institutions, social psychology, and law psychologists.
