Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Scientific researcher at the Institute of Economy of ANAS, Doctor of Economics, Professor Tabriz Aliyev and  rector of Baku Business University, Doctor of Economics, Professor Ibad Abbasov’s "Economics of the Non-Oil sector" has been published.

The book published in "Science and Education" publishing house is the first monographic textbook devoted to non-oil industry in Azerbaijan.

The publication outlines the main characteristics of the non-oil industry, its structure and its role in the national economy. In addition, evolutionary development of non-oil industry, existing socio-economic situation and export potential have been assessed and analyzed on a comprehensive basis.

Formation and development of the agrarian industry complex, as well as the development of communication and information technologies and building industry were logically presented in the textbook.

The funds are intended for students, graduate students and teachers, including those trained in bachelor and master degrees of higher education institutions.
