The monograph "The Comparative Overview of the Turkic Peoples Folklore" has been published by the scientific worker of the Folklore Department of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature of the Nakhchivan Division of ANAS, PhD in philology Chinara Rzayeva.
The editor of the new edition is an academician Nizami Jafarov, the reviewer is Professor Buludkhan Khalilov, Doctor of Philology Huseyn Hashimli and PhD in philology Afag Asgarova.
Azerbaijan's rich folklore patterns are compared with folklore samples of other Turkic peoples. The publication also analyzes similar and distinctive features of common saga, ancestry words, bayatis, puzzles, lions, applause and sneeze.
