Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Katya Dufre, Director of the Technical Cooperation Department of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Azerbaijan, visited Institute of Radiation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (IRP).

The meeting with director of the Institute, correspondent member of ANAS Ogtay Samadov discussed the import of radioactive Co-60 sources to Azerbaijan, their loading on the Co-60 source and transfer of the old sources to the Isotop special combine.

It should be noted that the co-60 source will be downloaded from the Scientific-Practical Department of the Isotope Resource Sources in the RPI within the framework of the IAEA Technical Cooperation program.
