Employees of Agsu Juice and Wine Processing Plant "Az-Granata" had a scientific-practical internship at Microbiological Biotechnology Laboratory of Microbiology Institute of ANAS on May 14 - June 8.
The training was held by the Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the Institute, Corresponding Member of ANAS Panah Muradov and the Head of Laboratory, Doctor of Biological Sciences Konul Bakhshaliyeva.
In the training, the plant's staff familiarized with the necessary methods and approaches for microbiological analysis of juice and wine production, identification of bacteria and fungi, as well as microbiological safety.
In the end, the plant employees were provided with relevant certificates.
