Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The 18th International Scientific Conference on Technology, Culture and International Stability (TESIS-2018) was held in Baku by the support of the World Organization of Automatic Control Systems (IFAC).

The main goal of the conference was to unite specialists to get acquainted with new results of work in the field of technology, culture and international stability, as well as to exchange ideas and experience. Topics covered include automation of management, technology, economics, robotics, medicine, social life and politics.

The event was attended by employees of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, representatives of the Baku Higher School of Oil, ADA University, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, as well as representatives of higher educational institutions in Austria.

At the plenary session, the director of the Institute of Control Systems, academician Telman Aliyev delivered a report on "Noise control of the beginning of accidents in automated control systems". The report was aroused a great interest by the participants. For active participation, the academician was also awarded an Honorary Diploma.
