Regulations and the creation of the Center of Anthropology at the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography event held.

Opening the meeting, Director of the Institute, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Maisa Rahimova said that, experts from different fields of science - geologists, biologists, medical researchers, etc. are planned to be involved in the center. Then, Deputy Director of the Institute for Scientific Affairs, Doctor of Historical Sciences Museibli Nadjaf informed participants of event on the draft Regulations of the Center. He noted that, the project mainly concerns the sphere of physical anthropology.

Academician Teymur Bunyadov, doctor of historical sciences - Asadulla Jafarov, Hidayat Jafarov, Ph.D. in anthropology Aliaga Mammadli, Ph.D. in history - Emil Kerimov, Safar Ashurov, Zaur Hasanov and Farhad Guliyev made proposals concerning the center. It was suggested that, the organization be renamed the Center for Physical Anthropology.

As a result, it was decided create a commission in structure which will include A.Jafarov, A. Mammadli and F.Guliyev, and and add proposals to the draft Regulations.
