“Islamic solidarity and Azerbaijan: realities and prospects” book published by the employees of Department of Religion and History of Social Thought of ANAS Institute of Oriental Studies after Z.M.Bunyatov. The main goal of the monograph is to study the issue of Islamic solidarity, which is relevant in our time, with the example of Azerbaijan.

The publication discusses the historical roots of Islamic solidarity and the first steps taken in this direction. The religious and ideological foundations of this concept have been studied.

The 1st chapter of the monograph "Islamic solidarity: from yesterday to today" was written by the theology doctor Aslan Habib, the second chapter "Religious ideological foundations of Islamic solidarity" - by Philosophy Doctor of Philosophy Elvusal Mammadov, the 3rd chapter "Islamic solidarity and modern Azerbaijan" - by the doctor of philosophy on philosophy by Ilkin Almuradov and the fourth chapter “Islamic solidarity as an alternative initiative in the new system of the world” by Ph.D. in philosophy Leila Melikova.
