Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory  (ShAO) held next astroseminar on November 7.

At first, Deputy Director for scientific afffairs of the observatory, PhD in Physics and Mathematics Elchin Babayev informed about the seminar.

Then, the report on “The solar activity factor in search of new comets” was delivered by ShAO scientific researcher, corresponding member of ANAS Ayyub Guluyev and employee of Baku Engineering University Gazi Gasimov.

Authors presented the results of calculations reflecting the role of 11th solar activity in searching for comets in the form of graphs and tables.
