ANAS Institute of Literature after Nizami Ganjavi  presented the 1ST monographic study of the “Master's Scientific Passport” series of the “Abdurragim Beg Haghverdiyev. Life and art" book.

ANAS Vice-President, Director of the Institute, academician Isa Habibbayli noted the importance of reactivated the study of the life and work of our masters, occupying a prominent place in the history of our literature.

Books telling about the life and work of a number of eminent poets and writers have not been created over the years. The book “Abdurrahim bek Haghverdiyev. Life and creativity” is the 1st result of work in this direction.

During the presentation, Doctor on Philology Islam Garibli delivered a paper on “A Return to the History of Literature: a Monograph by Abdurrahim bek Haghverdiyev. Life and art". It was noted that, the monographic study has a great importance as a 1st step towards the return to our national literary history of writers, critics and literary critics.

In the monograph, the life and work of an outstanding writer were studied in accordance with the reality of the literary and historical process.

Next, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Shahbaz Musaev and PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Aslan Salmansoy spoke on the scientific characteristics of the monograph. They noted that, the book reflects the main directions of social activities and creativity of Abdurrahim bek Haghverdiyev.

Note that, the project leader and author of the Preface is academician Isa Habibbayli, the scientific editor is the late literary critic, Doctor of Philological sciences, Professor Zaman Askarli, the reviewer is the corresponding member of ANAS Tehran Alishanoglu, Editor-in-Chief is PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Aygun Bagirli.
