New publications in Arabian and Persian languages published in Institute of Oriental Studies on Khojaly genocide

At the Institute of Oriental Studies named after academician Z.Bunyadov of ANAS is carrying out important issues to reveal new facts about the acts of genocide committed against our people during different periods of the last century and to bring these events to the world community.

Up to now 30 books have been published at the institute. A number of publications have been published in Arabic and Persian languages about the crimes committed by Armenian invaders in the Azerbaijani lands.

As a result of this massacre, 613 people, including 106 women, 63 children, 70 elderly people were killed, 1275 civilians were captured, 150 of them were unknown, 8 families were completely destroyed, 25 children were abducted, 130 children and that one of the parents lost one.

In addition, the book "Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict" published by the Milli Majlis in Azerbaijani and Russian was translated into Arabic by the staff of the Institute of Oriental Studies. The scientific editor of the book is director of the institute, MP, academician Govhar Bakhshaliyeva. The book deals with the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, which continues to this day and causes tension in the Caucasus region.

The publication also highlights the conflict settlement, the involvement of international mediators, the diplomacy of the Azerbaijani leadership in this field, and the need for Armenia to abandon its occupation policy for the establishment of stability and peace in the region.

The Arabic translation of the book aims to convey the truth about the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to the Arab world.
