Director of ANAS Institute of Chemical Additives, acad. Vagif Farzaliyev attended XXVII International scientific-technical conference on “Chemical reagents, chemical reagents and less tonnage chemical processes” “Reactive 2013” held in Irkutsk, Russia.

Acad. V. Farzaliyev has chaired to the plenary assembly, and attended the discussions on the less tonnage chemical problems.
