Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The monograph "Electronic Medicine: Formation and Scientific and Theoretical Problems" has been published by the department head of the Institute of Information Technology, correspondent member of ANAS Masuma Mammadova and senior researcher of the institute, PhD in technical sciences Zarifa Jabrailova.

The book is devoted to the analysis of the essence, capabilities, formation of telemedicine, problems of e-medicine. The monograph explains the scientific and theoretical problems of e-medicine in detail, the development of medical expert systems for the decision making of physicians, the information security of individual medical information and Big Data problems in medicine.

The scientific adviser of the publication is academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the institute, academician Rasim Alguliyev, scientific editors are academician Telman Aliyev and a correspondent member of ANAS Nuru Bayramov.

The monograph is intended for a wide audience of readers, including, researchers, teachers and students of information technology, medical informatics, e-medicine.
