Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On April 19, a meeting of the chief of the Head Office of Science and Education of the Presidium of ANAS, correspondent member of ANAS Aminaga Sadigov was held with the masters of the Academy.

At the meeting held at the Main building of ANAS, Deputy Chief of the Office, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Huseyn Huseynov, Head of the Department of Masters degree, PhD in Agricultural Sciences Fikret Feyziyev and other relevant staff took part in the meeting.

Speaking at the event, A. Sadigov emphasized the care and attention paid to the development of science and education in our country, as well as achievements in this direction at the academy. He highly appreciated the increase of scholarships for students studying at all levels through Presidential Decree of 14 February 2019.

Congratulating the winners of the "Master-2019" competition among the undergraduate students of the academy, A. Sadigov spoke about the importance of scientific competitions in education and stressed the importance of expanding the work in this direction.

Then, Fikret Feyziyev made a presentation on "The structure and composition of the dissertation work of masters". The assessment will be conducted in two stages and will announce the technical features of the dissertation writing procedure, stressing the importance of the new, actual and practical significance of selected topics.

Then the masters' proposals were listened and questions were answered.
