Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The author of the new book "Workshop on criminal procedure and criminology" ("Практикум по уголовному процессу и криминологии")

is an employee of the Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS, Doctor of Law, Professor Javanshir Suleymanov.

The book, published in Russian reflects the actual episodes of judicial and investigative practice, procedural documents on serious criminal cases, decisions of the UN Committee on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights on these cases.

Researchers will be able to analyze errors and omissions made by stakeholders in the process in order to eliminate their duplication, as well as to determine the most optimal ways of making professional judgment in similar cases.
