Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The 14th international scientific conference "Experimental Evolution Factors of Organisms" was held in Kiev, Ukraine.

The event was organized by the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Food Biotechnology and Genomics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, the Ukrainian Society of Genetics and Breeders named after M.I Vavilov.

The conference was attended by scientists and specialists from Ukraine, Poland, England, Belarus and other countries. Azerbaijan was represented by Ibrahim Azizov, head laboratory of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, corresponding member of ANAS.

At the event, I. Azizov made a plenary report on the effect of " The impact of biogenic metal oxides on wheat germs of nanogenic particles, seed germination, photosynthetic pigments, activity of FS2 and superoxide dismutase enzymes". The Azerbaijani scientist also co-chaired one of the plenary sessions.

Ibrahim Azizov was awarded a diploma for active participation in the activities of the Ukrainian Genetics and Breeders' Society and regular participation in conferences.
