Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Azerbaijan Literature Journal has published an article “Kamal Abdullayev's Creativity in the Context of World Literature” by an employee of the Romanian Yass State University, literary critic, Doctor of Philology Ludmila Bejenaro.

The article tells about the multi-faceted work by academician Kamal Abdullayev, rector of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, People's Writer.

The scientist made a new contribution to "Kitabi Dada Gorgud" book and were integrated the historical, ethnographic and mythological aspects into a single system.

The article shows the work by Kamal Abdullayev as a part of the national literature of Azerbaijan, Europe and Asia, Christianity and Islam, Zoroastrianism and Judaism, a new cultural space that combines the Arab, Turkish, Caucasian, Iranian and Slavic worlds and an important element in the formation of a culture that is experiencing its forces in the international arena.
