Academic secretary of ANAS Division of Physical Mathematical and Technical Sciences, Director of the Institute of Physics, academician Nazim Mammadov and Deputy Director for Innovation and Transfer of the Institute, Dr. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences Ayaz Bayramov attended “IWTMC-2019” the International Seminar in Tokyo.

The seminar which was attended by leading scientists of the world, academician Nazim Mammadov delivered a paper on "Plasmons and interband optical transitions in narrow gap semiconductors with fermi level outside band-gap" and Ayaz Bayramov delivered a poster presentation.
