Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS held a seminar on the European Commission's research and innovation program "Horizon 2020".
During the event, director of the Institute corresponding member of ANAS Misir Mardanov emphasized the importance of integration of our scientists in the world science and underlined the importance of the Horizon 2020 program in this direction.
Then Tofig Babayev, National Contact Point for the Legal and Financial Aspects of Horizon 2020, chief department of the Institute of Control Systems PhD in technical sciences, Zaur Hasanov, National Contact Point for Mari Skladovskaya Curie Scholarship Program chief department of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography PhD in History, Rovshan Karimov, National Contact Point on Climate Action, Resource Efficiency and Raw Materials, a leading researcher at the Institute of Geography, gave recommendations for mathematicians for their active participation in the program and responded questions of participants.
