Director of the Institute of Manuscripts named after M.Fizuli of ANAS academician Teymur Karimli met with specialists of the Russian State Library of Foreign Literature named after M.I. Rudomino, who were on a business trip in our country.

The meeting discussed the prospects for cooperation between two scientific institutions.

Specialists, who are interested in the restoration and electronization of manuscripts at the institute, were acquainted with the work processes in the Laboratory for the restoration and hygiene of manuscripts and the Department of Electronic Resources. Guests who visited the Institute’s exhibition hall expressed their admiration for the collection of manuscripts.

In the end, Russian specialists invited Academician Teymur Karimli to an international conference to be held in April this year at the Russian State Library of Foreign Literature after M.I. Rudomino.
