The book “Vulcanism, Ore Mining and Geodynamics” by Zaki Valiyev, a leading scientist of the Department of Petrology and Metallogeny of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of ANAS, Ph.D. in Earth Sciences, has been published.

The book reviews the problems of ore-contamination and geodynamic development in relation to volcanic processes, provides information on the forms of modern volcanism, types of magmatogenic deposits. In addition, volcanogenic deposits, their geological structure, physico-chemical properties, and the role of metasomatosis in ore depletion are clearly studied.

The new edition, edited by academician Vasif Babazadeh, is intended for high school students and young professionals studying Geology.
