According to the decree of the President of ANAS, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev on preventive measures for coronavirus, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in scientific institutions, to increase the effectiveness of relevant preventive measures in this area, sanitary-disinfection and other preventive measures are carried out in ANAS.

On March 14 in the Main building of ANAS disinfection was carried out, as well as disinfectants and hygiene products were provided. Specialists invited from the Ministry of Health conducted awareness-raising activities among employees and informed them about the virus and methods of dealing with it.
