According to the decree of the President of ANAS, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev "On the organization of distance (remote) education for ANAS graduate students", distance learning of graduates was started at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.

The teaching staff involved in the educational process at the institute teaches topics covered by the curriculum based on electronic telecommunications. The institute’s management directly monitors the lessons by connecting to them online. At the same time, textbooks (texts of lectures and presentations) prepared by the teaching staff are electronically submitted to the Master’s Department of the Science and Education Office of the ANAS Presidium apparatus.

Note that, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan from March 3, 2020, the educational process in all educational institutions was suspended.
