Chairman of the Women's Council of ANAS, head department of the Institute of Philosophy, Professor Rena Mirzazadeh addressed a letter to President Ilham Aliyev.

The letter reads:

Dear and respected President, Mr. Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev. On the eve of the COVID-19 pandemic, it became clear to all Azerbaijani citizens that you are not only the "President of every Azerbaijani", but also a relative and support of every family of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This stems out from your farsighted politician school, which you have learned from the great strategist and leader Heydar Aliyev, and features like humanism and patriotism of outstanding doctor academician Zarifa Aliyeva. May we raise our flag in Karabakh under your leadership as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. We wish our world, our country, You and your relatives robust health and health again."
