Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

In connection with the month of Ramadan and the coronavirus pandemic, the Free Trade Union of ANAS and the Trade Union Committee of the Institute of Physics has provided food assistance to needy employees.

Speaking at the ceremony, the director of the institute, academician Nazim Mammadov congratulated the employees on the occasion of Ramadan and May 28 - Republic Day. He said the food aid was mainly intended for security guards, caretakers, technicians, martyrs' families and IDPs.

Then the chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS, Professor Habil Gurbanov emphasized that the purpose of the aid action is to support people in need during the pandemic.
