“Organizing Civil Defense (CD) forces in the midst of eliminating results of extraordinary events” Civil Defense training in accordance with Civil Defense Plan for 2014, held at the Institute of Chemistry of Additives.

Director of the institute, CD’s chief, academician Vagif Farzaliev opened the meeting. Civil Defense Chiefs of ANAS institute and organizations attended the event. Purpose of the training determining chief and commander staff’s preparation level, he noted.

Communications and Warning team commander Khatira Isgandarova, Rescue Team commander Gadir Babaev, Medical Team commander Valida Abbasova, Fire Chief Ingilab Huseinov and others presented point of views in connection with organizing search and rescue related activities during emergency, situation assessment, level of training of the management bodies and forces, aware of people about emergencies and other urgent measures.

At the end CD’s chief found training satisfactory.
