An article entitled “Thermodynamic and Dielectric Properties of As2S3 - As2Se3” was published in the Russian scientific Journal of “Inorganic Chemistry”, co-authored by vice-president of ANAS, Director of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry, academician Dilgam Tagiyev, head Laboratory of the Institute, Professor Mirsalim Asadov,  a senior researcher Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences Solmaz Mustafayeva, and V. Lukichev, a scientist at the Valiev Institute of Physics and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The article considers the thermodynamic, kinetic and dielectric properties of the As2S3 - As2Se3 system.
