Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On November 11, Azerbaijan Medical University (AMU) organized an event within the “Baku Science Festival-2014”.

In his speech, the President of AMU, secretary of the Department of Biological and Medical Sciences, acad Ahliman Amiraslanov informed the goals of the festival. Noted that, aim of the festival, held for the first time, was delivering scientific achievements of modern Azerbaijan science to the general public, promoting modern scientific knowledge, as well as involving young people in scientific research.

Today, Azerbaijani science has high potential and great successes, achievements. We believe that, the festival will support the development of our science, A.Amiraslanov emphasized.

Note that the “Baku Science Festival-2014”, organized by the National Academy of Sciences, supported by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Communications and High Technologies, Baku City Executive Power, sponsored State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic. Festival demonstrated our scientist’s achievements over the world.
