An article by young researchers at the Central Botanical Garden was published in an international journal

An article entitled “Analysis of the dynamics of the forest cover development of Samur-Yalama National Park” co-authored by Yusif Abiyev, head of the Information Technology Department of the Central Botanical Garden of ANAS, Farid Seifullayev, PhD in Biology, as well as scientists from Karadeniz Technical University (Turkey), professors Seljuk Gumush and Fevzi Karsli, was published in the “European Journal of Forest Engineering”.

Using aerospace images, the article studied the dynamics of the forest cover development of Samur-Yalama National Park in 1984-2019.

Note that the journal, established by the organization Forest Engineering and Technologies (FETEC) Platform, is part of the international databases “Web of Science” and “Ulakbim”.
