A few days ago, Armenian armed units attempted a provocation in the Tovuz direction, which were resolutely suppressed, the Azerbaijani army gave a worthy rebuff to the enemy. Chairman of the Nakhchivan Division of ANAS, academician Ismayil Hajiyev expressed his attitude to the events.

Citing a quote from the profound speech of the head of state, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, in which he spoke about the might of the military potential of the Azerbaijani army, the academician noted: “The enemy should know that he does not have a single military or strategic facility that the Azerbaijani army could not destroy. ... All military facilities, all strategic points of the enemy can be destroyed by the Azerbaijani army. The Azerbaijani people will never accept the occupation of their lands ... "
