Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The first edition of the scientific journal "Philology and Art History" of the Division of Humanities of ANAS in 2020 has been published.

The editor-in-chief of the journal is the First Vice-President of ANAS, Director of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi, academician Isa Habibbayli. The new edition of the publication opens with the article of academician Isa Habibbayli dubbed "Overture of national free poetry", dedicating to the 110th anniversary of Rasul Rza.

Deputy editors-in-chief of the publication are corresponding member of ANAS Artegin Salamzadeh and Doctor of philological sciences Alizadeh Asgarli. The editor-in-chief is Ph.D. in Philology Maral Poladova, and the executive secretary is Halima Mehdiyeva.

This edition of the journal, publishing by “Elm” Publishing House, consists of sections: “Literary Studies”, “Literary Theory”, “Press History and Journalism”, “Comparative Literature Studies”, “Literary Relations”, “Folklore Studies”, “Linguistics”, “Art History” and “Chronicle”.

The international editorial staff of the journal "Philology and Art History" includes scientists from Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Poland and Georgia.
